The Sweet Smell of a Spring Rain

We're getting our first real rain of spring today. I just love how it makes everything smell so clean & fresh. Its my cleaning lady day so my house will be smelling clean & fresh by noon, too. Can't help but feel happy after that's done!

Choirs this afternoon so I have to do my prep work for that. Also need to do my weekly grocery store run since I wasn't able to yesterday with my car in the shop. Can you tell I don't have much to talk about today?

What, to you, is the first sign of spring? Have you seen it yet?

The first sign of spring that I noticed was the geese flying north. During the night, we received some rain and that made it smell like spring this morning. I love a fresh rain smell! Now if the rest of our snow will just finish melting. Its getting close!
